Definition of Plagiarism
Before anything else, we will have to know what plagiarism means.

Plagiarism is presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement. source

Plagiarism occurs when an author, knowingly or unknowingly, presents as his work that he is not the original author. Plagiarism is a violation of someone's intellectual property rights.

Types of plagiarism

  1. Copy and paste plagiarisms as the name implies when you copy text directly from a source and paste it into your own document without citing.
  2. Accidental plagiarism occurs when quotations are missing, sources are misquoted, or you refuse to cite the source
  3. Paraphrased plagiarism means that you make some changes to someone else's work and then pass it off as your own.
  4. Self-plagiarism means reusing work that you have previously submitted into a new environment even though it is your own work. However, it is considered dishonest to submit as readers think it is new.

How to avoid plagiarism

  1. Understand plagiarism.
  2. Always be creative or bring new ideas into your work.
  3. Always paraphrase carefully to avoid copying the same information.
  4. After you finish, always use the plagiarism checker to avoid plagiarism.
  5. Keep a record of the sources you consult in your research.
  6. Display the source of information, text or images by citing the source.

It is important to avoid this bad habit, which in all respects affects the originality of our publications, it is important for us to make a significant contribution that we become more interested in reading and studying, so that we will develop better thoughts to interact with ourselves and other people, and therefore we will have our own judgment about what is happening around us.
The Steemit platform is original, so every member of this exclusive community must develop their creativity, cultivating values of respect and sincerity.

Similarly, I must point out that completing this mission gave me the opportunity to appreciate the origins of Steemit, which was original from the beginning, without filming any other content.

“I have read and understood the Steemit Etiquette on Steemit Community and will do my best to embrace them.” Thanks to @cryptokannon for the instructions.
