Hello dear steemit friends,

Q1: Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Voting and curation are two important terms in the steemit community. It is a term that describes how rewards are distributed among the members of the Steemit platform.

Curation is an umbrella term for many activities undertaken to praise a publication for its high, medium, or low quality.
The term curation implies voting on a post (for and against), commenting on a post, or rewriting a post. It shows how the user feels about a post. When all this is done, a post has been selected.

Voting on steemit is the act of rewarding quality content for a certain amount of dollars which is then paid out as steem. The prize awarded to a position at the time of voting for that position depends on the amount of Steem Power the voter has in their wallet. On Steemit, voting influence on a post starts with 500 Steem Power, which rewards a post with $0.01. For 1000SP $0.02, 1500SP $0.03, 2000SP $0.04 and so on.
Every time a Steemit user votes on a post, the voting mana decreases by 2%, but is replenished by 20% daily.

The vote itself can be done by an individual and can be done as a group following the healing footsteps of a community. One healing path consists of many users who gather their steem powers to vote collectively.
Prizes earned by voting on posts are called curation prizes. The rewards obtained in the healing path were higher than the rewards from the individual voices because they were combined sounds.

Steemit is designed to reward content writers and curators. A user can write content as well as curate, allowing them to get two awards for being a steemian.
Every time someone votes on a post, they receive the prize they receive. So for example, if a user votes with 50% of their voting power on a post and the prize is $4.5, when the post pays, the user will receive $2.25 if they don't vote within 5 minutes of posting.

Q2: What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

Voting on a post within 5 minutes of creating the post benefits the prize pool more than the person who created the content.

Although the reward percentage between curators and post authors is 50% / 50%, curators will earn more than 50% if the post is upvoted within 3, 4, or 5 minutes of posting.

At the time the publication is created, if the curator votes for the publication, the author receives nothing, as 100% of the prize remains in the prize pool, as no prize will be distributed when the publication is paid for.
At the minute of publication, the curator receives 20% of the prize, while 80% goes to the accumulated prize.
Within 2 minutes, the curator gets 40% and 60% goes to the prize pool.
After 3 minutes, the curator receives 60%, while 40 goes to the prize pool.
Within 4 minutes, the curator receives 80% while the remainder is sent back to the prize pool.
Within five and five minutes of posting, 100% of the rewards go to the curator.

Q3: Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

The Steem witnesses that I will choose are @justyy, @steemchiller, @roadofrich, and @futureshock.
These are Steemit members who have had a positive impact on the Steem blockchain by creating the necessary tools to operate on the blockchain.

@JUSTYY, who is my favorite witness developing the steemyy DApp, which is a very powerful tool for transacting on the Steem blockchain. @STEEMCHILLER developed steemworld, a very simple but powerful tool to use. Then @FUTURESHOCK and @ROADOFRICH developed [SteemScan] (steemscan.com], a block explorer to view transaction, block and account information on steemit.

I really love these guys and would vote for them any time, any time.

Q4: Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

There are many communities on steemit that interest me, but in this article I will only highlight 3 communities that I will follow and the most active ones.

  • Xpillar world
  • SteemFoods
  • SteemitCryptoAcademy

Xpillar world

I joined this community because I love art. Even though I can't actually write there, I see beautiful works of art here. I also plan to follow the path of curatorship.

SteemitCryptoAcademy

I joined this community to expand my knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and investing. This is a community where I can gain a certain level of financial freedom, so I will study, write, and earn through this community.

SteemFoods

This community will expose me to the different foods eaten in different parts of the world and the preparations there. I also have the opportunity to present my cuisine and products.

Thanks for reading.
