Assalamualaikum everyone, on this occasion I will thoroughly explore the tasks as a beginner on this platform. Thanks to @cryptokannon @steemit blog and @cryptokraze for directing beginners to better understand steemit in depth.

How do voting and curation work on steemit?

Steemit gives prizes in the form of SBD, Steem Power and TRX for each post by voting for steemit users. The result of the vote given by the steemian is called curation. Authors get 50%, curators get 50%. Each post will get a prize within 7. The number of prizes that will be obtained depends on the value of Steem Power and Voting Power. I suggest you to buy a portion of STEEM from the rewards you get so that your Steem Power is getting bigger day by day.
• Can we get curation rewards for liked comments?

Of course. We can get curated prizes from upvoting on posts and comments. The more positive comments on steemian posts, the more positive energy will be created.
• Do we get curation rewards for posts or comments we don't like?

Of course not. Since downvoting reduces bounty on posts/comments, it does not result in curation bounty. It would be nice if we don't like it, don't vote. Instead of downvoting the posts that you voted for before. This can damage your relationship with the steemian in the real world.
• What happens if we upvote a post before 5 minutes after posting?

If you upvote Within 1 minute, the curator will receive 20%, and 80% remains in the prize pool.
If you upvote Within 2 minutes, the curator will receive 40%, and 60% remain in the prize pool.
If we upvote within 3 minutes, then the curator will receive 60%, and 40% remain in the prize pool.
If we upvote within 4 minutes, then the curator will receive 80%, and 20% remains in the prize pool.
And lastly, if you upvote a post within 5 minutes or more after posting, then 100% of the curation rewards will go to the curator.

Which communities do I join on Steemit, and why?

I've joined several communities on steemit that match the topic that I like. The first step, I followed the newcomer community to get information related to how to become a good steemian. Then I glanced at the communities that have their own charm. Like the SIZ Community, here I can freely share my diary. This community is led by @cryptokraze . I see the Siz community as a community full of passion. Every week there are hundreds of posts from community followers. Then the Motivation Story community developed by @cryptokraze here I can share many things about motivating myself and my steemian friends.
