Dear Diary:
Today has been an excellent day, just good news.So I want to share them with you. Although the weather was cold, I woke up very early. Prepare as always my cup of coffee and sit in front of my PC to read a chapter of The Bible. (when there is the internet I like to read it online), Then I read information based on Isaias from which I extracted this passage. "The grief and the sighing will have to flee" (Is. 35:10).

Hoy ha sido un día excelente, solo buenas noticias, así que quiero compartirlas con ustedes. Aunque hacía frío, me desperté muy temprano. Prepare como siempre mi taza de café y siéntese frente a mi PC para leer un capítulo de La Biblia. (cuando hay internet me gusta leerlo en línea), luego leo información basada en Isaias de la cual extraje este pasaje. "El dolor y los suspiros tendrán que huir" (Is. 35:10).

La primera buena noticia del día. nuestro amigo @ cmp2020 creó la comunidad Steem Greet. ¡Ya tenemos una comunidad para guiar y apoyar a los recién llegados! Todos están invitados a unirse a la nueva comunidad.
I greeted several steemians, responded to the people who mentioned me, and got up from the PC to make more coffee. My husband started exercising. And I took advantage of the fact that there was water to wash clothes and do some cleaning. So the morning passed, between activities, listening to music on YouTube, interacting with Steemians friends, and channeling the excitement of the new community.
Saludé a varios steemians, respondí a las personas que me mencionaron y me levanté de la PC para hacer más café. Mi esposo comenzó a hacer ejercicio. Y aproveché el hecho de que había agua para lavar la ropa y hacer un poco de limpieza. Así pasó la mañana, entre actividades, escuchando música en YouTube, interactuando con amigos Steemians y canalizando la emoción de la nueva comunidad.
Lunchtime ... In my house we have always eaten a la carte, but now with the economic crisis and with only three family members, we eat the same thing, although it is served differently. "Pamper" the children, my grandmother used to tell me, hahaha.So, after several hours of fasting, I started to prepare lunch and this part I will tell you with photographs.
La hora del almuerzo ... En mi casa siempre hemos comido a la carta, pero ahora con la crisis económica y con solo tres miembros de la familia, comemos lo mismo, aunque se sirve de manera diferente. "Mima" a los niños, me decía mi abuela, jajaja. Entonces, después de varias horas de ayuno, comencé a preparar el almuerzo y esta parte te lo contaré con fotografías.
On a bed of chopped vegetables, place two pieces of fish that my daughter brought us this week. And slices of ripe plantain. Leave covered over low heat for a while cooking steamed.

I place the plantain slices on top, turn off and cover. Rest for about 5 minutes.

My husband, a thick bed of rice, fish stew with plantain on top and grated carrot salad, grated cucumber and chopped tomato. Mi esposo, una cama gruesa de arroz, guiso de pescado con plátano encima y ensalada de zanahoria rallada, pepino rallado y tomate picado. My son likes a deep bowl because it stirs everything, plus a fried arepa (thick corn tortilla). A mi hijo le gusta un tazón hondo porque revuelve todo, más una arepa frita (tortilla de maíz gruesa). I don't normally eat rice, so I just put stewed fish, fried arepa and salad. That's how I like it. Normalmente no como arroz, así que solo pongo pescado guisado, arepa frita y ensalada. Así es como me gusta. And to finish, we repeat the coffee. Y para terminar, repetimos el café. Well, Steemians and this was my day. It's 01:24 am so I should sleep. Bueno, Steemians y este fue mi día. Son las 12:51 am, así que debería dormir. What a thrill! I just saw that the Steem Greter community already has 9 members. One of my @theatrorve guests joined in and published his journal in the community. Thanks for that. I think I'll join in posting my journal there too... ¡Qué emoción! Me alegra que te haya gustado mi diario. Vivimos en constantes cambios, pero sigamos adaptándonos, a veces sobre la ola a veces por debajo. Lo importante es no ahogarse, gracias @belkisa758 por tu agradable visita.
Hola amiga, nunca habia visto esa forma para preparar el pescado, ya se algo nuevo. Actualmente comemos lo que hay, pues no siempre se pueden comprar los ingredientes para mantener una variedad en la comida, pero eso pasara y comeremos mejor. Antes se pensaba en el dinero para invertir, ahora solo pensamos en comer jajajaj.
Un gusto leerte amiga, que Diosito siga llenando tu vida y la de tu familia de bendiciones.

Jajaja, la situación nos tiene así, pero gracias a Dios de vez en cuando recibimos algo fuera de lo común y tratamos de disfrutarlo, aunque en menor cantidad, mi hija me entregó el pescado, pero no lo habíamos preparado esperando tener todos los ingredientes, para hacerlo como es y tomar las fotos, jajaja. Ese es un plato brasilero aunque en Brasil lo preparan con róbalo.
