As a newcomer on steemit ,you are provided with certain keys that performs different functions and you are advised to always keep the keys in save place.These are some of the functions of the keys provided for you

#POSTING KEYS:
this is the required for your day to day logins , it gives you access to your steemit account

#PRIVATE MEMO KEY:
Used to decrypt private transfer memos

#PRIVATE OWNER KEY:
This key is used to reset all your other keys. It is recommended to keep it offline at all times. If your account
is compromised, use this key to recover it within 30 days at https://wallet.hive.blog

PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY
This is key that opens the steemitwallet.com, it access the wallet and used to transfer steem token from one person to another.

STEEMIT WALLET
Is the storage of the steem token, here
things like operationlike power down, power up and transfer of steem is done here

1.POWERING UP STEEM
2.TRANSFER OF STEEM

The rewards for posts are paid in Steem and Tron into Steemit wallet you can transfer these other people on these platform.

You only have too:

Open Steemit wallet
Click on the options on the steem balance
Select Transfer.

It's used to refer to transfer of steem to Steem power ( SP).
