ACHIEVEMENT 4 TASK: APPLYING MARKDOWNS (WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE GETTING A SEW-IN) BY @KINKYAMIEE_100% POWER UP.

Hi everyone,

So its my achievement 4 task and this task is all about applying markdown to my post on steemit. As you all know that before this achievement 4 task, i have undergone the achievement 1,2 & 3 tasks and If you all paid attention, you all will notice that i wasn't making use of the markdown techniques but thanks to @xkool24 for putting me through the use of markdowns.

In this post, i will give some tips you need to know before getting a weave, hair extensions and sew-in.

1. GET A WEAVE WITH A GOOD QUALITY.

So this involves making your research on quality and good weaves. You don't just get a weave because it has the most likes on instagram, at the end of the day it might not be the best weave for your lifestyle.

" for example, if you work out often, you don't need a weave with leave out, so you should go with a curlier texture which is easier to manipulate everyday. "

2. STAY AWAY FROM BONDED WEAVES.

Bonded weaves uses bonding glues to attach the extensions to your scalp. This usually sufforcates the scalp and cause breakage from the roots as the natural hair can't breathe.

3. CARE FOR YOUR NATURAL HAIR.

It is very important to deep condition your natural hair before attaching a weave because not taking care of your hair will cause inching scalp and dandruff. So make sure to give your hair all the care it needs.

4. CHECK THE TEXTURES OF THE WEAVES.

Before getting a weave, make sure you check the textures of the weaves. Its okay to combine textures, buy hair that resembles your hair texture and if your natural texture is in between two different types of extensions available. A common practise is mixing two similar textures to give the hair a more natural look and feel.

If you know your natural hair is a certain texture, what makes you think it would blend with one that is the complete opposite?

5. USE THR RIGHT PRODUCTS.

Extensions have gone throught certain processes before begin package shipped to you. As beautiful and natural as thr hair promised to be, you can't use on your own hair the same products you use for the weave. Make sure to talk to your stylist or read the packaging of the hair to see which products work best to maintain the hair.
