Hello steemians how are you doing today? Well I'm fine and I'm hoping for the best because it is still yet to come. Rain showered a little this morning but now the Sun is smiling down on me, so i decided to complete this task. Enjoy.
A little on Achievement
Talking of achievements, what does is actually mean? Well I'll simply say it's getting something which you planned for or hoped for.
Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.

Marriam-Webster dictionary says its a thing done successfully with effort or skill.
When you set your mind to do something, you'll most likely want to follow up on it, but we all know that's not always the case as there are several factors which could come in between you and your goals. These factors includes. Fear. This has destroyed great dreams and dreamers and only those who are able to overcome their fear are really considered as achievers. Overcoming fear doe8 necessarily mean you'll be successful at the first try, but that should be a good starting point.
What Drives you?
Well this question can have different answers from different people but I think it all goes down just two answers generally:
- Love for success
- Fear of failure
These two factors when handled in the right manner will definitely get you to the top. What do they mean?
Your love for success will help you overcome every obstacle which may be in between you and your goals. This is largely due to the fact that you may just happen to see each obstacle as a process/training which must be overcome.
That being said, let me educate you a little on the difference between Steem dollars and Steem
As a newbie, I've been confused most of the time as to why these two are different but after asking a few questions to my superiors amd a little research i think i can give a little explanation.

| Basically, steem is the base currency traded on exchanges. All other related currency get their value from it. | On the other hand, Steem dollars is the currency for rewards such as curators rewards, authors rewards etc. |
