Hello every one welcome to my achievement post 4 which is about applying markdowns, last time i did achievement 3 which is content etiquette today i am going to be showing those that doesn't know what applying markdown is what it is.

1). Headings/Headlines/sub-headlines

This is the markdown that you use at the top of a topic or text, they made by adding # at the beginning of a word or without giving space in the middle of the word.

Note that if you want to determine the price of the headline it depends on how many # you add in the beginning.

The way you write the examples above is like this one below.

You can also make the headline appear in the center by centering it.

You can also italics it by making it appear like this *** process *** without giving any space and it will appear like this process

2). Adding links to text and i will show you how to do that.

• The way of tagging someone which is an account user it steemit is by linking them with their user name @joemuknic so if any body like that (@joemuknic) it will take you to their profile.

• The second step is by posting link but to make it appear reasonable you have to use sets [] and brackets () to blends the link with the word or sentence, this is called syntax which i displaced below

But if you find that streesful or complicated you can just post the link like that and it will be a link not a good looking link but a link.

3). The adding of * can bolding the text and it can also italics it but it depends on the number of .
Example.
1 * will appear like this (land of titan), it will bend the letters but it will not bolding it. land of titan
2 ** will appear like this (land of titan), it will bold it but not bend it. land of titan
3 *** will appear like this (land of titan*), this will make it appear like bold and bend at the same time.

+ The Markdown Implementation Preventor or Backticks :

This was created for the purpose of showing how markdowns operates how to prevent markdowns from happening as you can see in this exampleI want breadinstead of this I want bread. So anytime you have this issue just use( ` ).

4). Adding Quotes

This is the used when you have written for so long and then you want to copy some words from somebody else, you just have to use > at the beginning of the sentence or word to quote it to avoid plagiarism because it shows that the word or sentence is not yours example

5). Adding Superscript and subscript:

It is added to arrange your work so that it is easy to understand.

Super script

This is used in mathematical expression so that it is understood by any mathematician e.g by powering this number by 2 that is making 2 to appear at the top of the number like this.
510<sup>2</sup>it will appear like this 510²

Sub script

This is the opposite of super script because instead of up for the number to appear it appears down e.g 20+10 `₂ and it will appear like this 20+10 ₂
