Dear steemians, I am happy and feel the importance of this achievement 2 to me and other users on steemit and am grateful to you guys for giving me this opportunity to educate others as well as myself thanks.

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit ?

The truth about this matter is that I have a guidance which is been offered by @estyroberts. So I have retrieved them already and been educated sparingly in each of this key before reading this blog post and I have seen the importance of this keys and why I should not share them in other for me not to loose my account and my steem and token in it. I downloaded and saved my pdf file safely offline.

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions ?

From the above blog post all the functions and restrictions are clearly stated, and I have read them with great focus and have learnt a lot about all the types of keys namely;

Posting key :

This is used to login in your account on a daily basis when you want to post and it can't be used for anything including upvoting, downvoting to name a few but it cannot access the wallet and does not have the power to change any other key.

Active key :

This is used to access your steem wallet where your steem and steem dollar is been stored. It is advisable to keep this key extremely safe as your bank pin, yes it is that vital.

Master key [password] :

This key can be used to change any other key like posting key, active key and others.

Memo:

The memo key is basically just used for encryption and decryption

All keys are relatively important it is advisable to save them in a safe place where strangers cannot easily access if not you can loose your account.

How do you plan to keep your master password ?

Seeing the importance of the master key, I took extreme measures to keep it safe in my personal notebook. in addition i have given it to my sister to save it on her phone so in case my phone has any memory issue and I clear it out I can get it from her and I also print out some copies and store it in my safe as well as saving it in my phone.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account ?

Yes, I learnt this week in preparing this post and the steem token is been stored in your wallet so definitely you need your active key to do that as well as the other user's link for that transaction.

Firstly, You click on wallet from your account

Then you click on Steem and then click on transfer

Lastly, Input the required details which include the username of the account you want to transfer your Steem to, the amount, memo key etc then click on next. Easy Peasy.

Do you know how to power up your steem ?

Powering up your steem, first I will like to start with the meaning of steem power this is simply the measurements of your influence on steemit it can also help you join certain academy's like cyrptoacademy.

To power up your Steem the following steps should be taken;

Step1
From your already logged in account click on wallet and then on steem, now instead of clicking transfer like the case of steem transfer, click on power up and fill in the required details.
