Basic Security On Steemit

Hi everyone. Today in this post I'll explain the details about the different keys available on steemit.

Question 1
Have you retrieve all your keys on Steemit

• Yes, i have successfully retrieved all of my keys and have saved them offline on notepad and in Google Drive.

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions

• Yes, I am well aware of all the keys. It is very easy to use all the keys.

Posting key - you can use this key to log into your steemit, for posting upvote and downvote comment on others post.

Active key - With this key you can make transfer from your steemit wallet to other user or a exchange. You will need to enter key to perform such transactions like converting SBD into Steem from the market section.

Owner key - with this key you can change your owner key, posting key and active key.

Memo key - With this key you deposit money in our account.

How do you plan to keep your Master Password safe

• I have kept my master password offline. The best way to secured master password keep it offline.

Do you know how to transfer your Steem token to another Steem user account

• Yes I know how to transfer Steem tokens to someone else's Steem account.

Step 1

First of all you have to go to your wallet.

Step 2

Now you have to click on Steem Token and after that you have to click on Transfer.

Step 3

Now you have to select Steem user name and amount to whom you want to transfer steem.

Do you know how to power up your Steem

• Yes I know how to do steem power up.

First of all you have to go to your account wallet and then you have to click on steem and after that you have to click on power up.

Step 2

Now you have to write how much steam you want to power up in your account and then you have to click on power up For Confirm transfer to vesting , Click On Ok
