My introduction post to Steemit, Mentorship by @cryptokannon
Hello good, beautiful and wonderful people of Steemit organization. Am delighted to meet with you all in this platform. My name is Anietie Edet Hanson, 37 years old , from Nung Uyo in Uyo L. G.A. of Akwa Ibom State. I am the first child in the family of seven good boys with no female child.
AREA OF INTEREST AND WORK
I had my primary and secondary school education at Uyo town in Uyo LGA of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. I later proceeded to University of Uyo, Nigeria where I graduated as a mechanical engineer in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and currently studying in the same Department for my Master Degree in Production Engineering being my area of specialty.
Right after my secondary school, I worked with so many media outfits as their sales representative in Akwa Ibom State - Daily Times, Businesses Day, National Mirror, Daily Independent, Vanguard Newspaper etc where I gained some publishing experience in any of the national newspapers and local tabloids be it Company registration, change of name, obituary placements and any other advertorial.
While in the University and during my internship at Scientific Equipment and Development Institute (SEDI-E), Enugu, which is under the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, I had worked in so many units of the Institute which includes but not limited to Advance Manufacturing, Foundry Workshop, Machine Shop, Machine Building and Mechanical Maintenance which gave me the needed practical exposure and help me in being creative in my field of study thus, helping me to solve some societal problems as engineering is all about solving human problems.
I also have the passion for imparting knowledge especially when it is to the younger generation. It is a passion I have had for as long as I can remember. Even informally, I find myself almost always having people around who I put through the basic sciences . In line with the aforementioned, I was appointed as a Career Counselor in 2019 by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Uyo Branch for the 2019 Career Counselling Programme in secondary schools in Uyo Senatorial District. I also have a fair knowledge of networking which I am still working to perfect my networking skills
HOBBIES
There is a saying that "traveling is part of education" and of course I love traveling which always give me the opportunity to learn new things and to meet with new friends. I equally love reading, sport basically football, watching news and the list continues.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH CRYPTO
I have a fair knowledge about crypto, which I am still working to perfect my skills.
DISLIKE
Dishonest people and indecent dressing are far from being part of my life.

I got to know about Steemit through my good and well meaning friends - @eliany and @nikkypeters, and I hoped to learn more about Steemit and to share the good news with others.
