Hello Everyone,
I am fine and I hope you all are also fine and enjoying your life.
My Achievement 1 verified few days ago now it is my 2nd achievement about security of steemit. With this keys i know about how secure my password or key's and where to use each keys.
Question-1: Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
Yes, I retrieved my all key's of steemit and save all these key's in my cloud and add a password on cloud for completely secure these keys.l get knowledge about these key's from my steemit joiner @sameer07
Question-2: Do you know each of these functions and restrictions?
Yes,I know about the each of these functions and restrictions for each key and below are the details of these key's.
Master key
It is the most important and basic key and used for password on wallet.It is very essential for all steemian because if master key is stolen your wallet is at risk.So it is very important to secure this key carefully.
Posting key
This key is about posting, commenting and resteeming etc.It is also used for upvote content and for creating the dropdown of plagiarised content.
Private active key
This key is used for many activities like transfer of tokens, powering up steem and powering down steem.It is mostly used when transection is being completed in steem wallet.
Owner key
This key is used by the owner of steemit account to reset password. This key is also very important to secured.
Memo key
Memo key is used for transferring, decrypting and decoding of memo.
Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master key?
Yes, i have plan to keep my master key.l store my master password on google drive and also on my laptop.
In case of out of data or any reason for not entring my google drive. I also save my keys on my cloud and set password on cloud.
Question-4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem account?
Yes, I know how to transfer your steem token to another steem. Steps to transfer token are describe below:
- Step 1
You have to login your account to begin the process.
- Step 2
Search for the option that says transfer steem to an account and click on it.
- Step 3
Then look for the option that says steem power and click on it and then send it to the account of your choice after writing details of the receiving steem account.
- Step 4
Here your private key required.

Question 5: Do you know how to power up your steem?
Yes, I know the necessary steps to power up steem and describe below:
- Step 1
Get your wallet account using the private posting key on steemit.
- Step 2
Click to the arrow close to key and click steem power up.
- Step 3
Write the amount you want to power up.
- Step 4
After putting your private key your steem balance will become increase your steem power.
At the end I'm very happy to take part in achievement 2.
