c. Plagiarism
Plagiarism is defined as failure to acknowledge someone when his or her write up is been use and it's a crime .
Ways that can help you avoid plagiarism can also be strategies, this will helps you gain strength as a writer. It is better if you use the sources in an effective and legitimate way. The word plagiarism is used as a form of theft to violate the integrity of the academic community

However, each assignment is an invitation to argue something new in the conversation that begins with the course. If you do not own the words or ideas you present, you will not be able to make your main contribution. Plagiarism takes many forms but it is mainly seen in three forms. These three are to use source language without one quote. 2. Use information from source without estimation and 3. There are differences in this section that paraphrases a source that may be close to the source with which you may not be familiarize
Plagiarism is taking part or all of someone's writing without including the source taken. Plagiarism is not only writing, photos taken without including the source are also included in plagiarism. My message is be yourself, as you're posting everytime your language will get better.

Ways to avoid plagiarism

Cite your source
On using an idea or statement that’s not your own, add a citation in your writing that identifies the full name of the source, and the date it was published.

Include quotations
One of the most simple ways to avoid plagiarism is by using quotation marks around the text to denote that the words aren’t your own. Cite the source of a direct quote so that readers know who the quote is from.

Paraphrase
Paraphrasing is changing or rewriting a source’s ideas or information into your own words, without changing its meaning. But be careful—paraphrasing can slip into plagiarism if it is not done well.
Successfully paraphrasing without plagiarizing involves a format , your writing in an original way, and try to avoid using too many similar words or phrases from the source. The aim is to do so without altering the meaning of the idea itself. But have it in your mind that, you’re still using another’s idea so you’ll need to include a citation to the source.

Present your own idea
Instead of using the source’s ideas or words, explore what you have to say about it. Ask yourself what unique point you can contribute in your writing that’s entirely your own. Have it in mind that if you’re using a source’s ideas or words to frame your own point, you’ll still need to apply the guidelines above to avoid plagiarizing.

d. Hashtags
Use hashtags according to the content of your posts. For example, if you write about food, use the hashtag #steemfoods #food and it would be nice if you use the hashtag of your country, for example nigeria

Sharing Posts
You are welcome to share posts that you like. But it would be nice if you only resteem posts that are really needed by other people. You are also better off not sharing a link that has nothing to do with the post you read in the comments column.

Vote
a. Don't ask to be voted, if your post is interesting it will definitely be voted.
b. Do not expect to be voted back
c. Do not pay to get votes
d. Don't ask for money direcly
e. Do not vote yourself

Steem wallet
Don't misuse the steem wallet. Don't have a little steem in your wallet so you can promote yourself. This is wrong, and can make other users uncomfortable.

Chat
Don't pretend to be familiar with steemit users you don't know. Make a good approach, don't seem to lick people who have great Steem Power.

Comments
It is better if you comment in a polite language. If someone comments on your post, please reply well. They have spent time reading your posts.

Community and contests
Follow the rules of the community you follow. If you enter a contest created by a particular individual or community, follow the steps they have set for you to get their vote.

Conclusion
I would like to say that I have read and understood the Steemit etiquette on the Steem community and will do my best to adopt these.
