Hi friends, I'm so glad to have finished my achievement 5 task 1 post. I proceeded by reading the guideline provided by @cryptokannon on how to carry out my next achievement task.
And today i will be posting my achievement 5.2 (Review of steemscan.com) made by @futureshock. I will be using this questions as provided by @cryptokannon to carry out this achievement task.
⭐ QUESTION 1
(Please explain the current Steem price and volumes on date of submission of this review?)
- Step 1 - The price of steem and its volume is always display on the front page of steemscan.com. From the image below, you will see the current price of steem and its volume.
- From the image below you will see that the current price of steem is $0.58.
- STEP 2 - From the above images, you will see that the current Volume of Steem is $39,452.75
⭐ QUESTIONS 2 (Please explain What all information is shown under latest transactions and latest blocks section?)
It displays all recent transactions, such as votes, comments, claimed rewards.
- STEP 1 - The recent transactions has the Block ID, User ID, Sender, Receiver, Type of transaction and amount. You can see it from the image below.
- STEP 2 - The Latest Blocks has the ID, Height, Timestamp, Block transactions and mined by Witnesses. You can see it from the image below.
⭐ QUESTIONS 3( Please explain What all information is shown under Witnesses section and steps to vote a Witness?)
The witness displays all number of witnesses and also, we can actually vote on our favourite witness.
STEPS ON HOW TO VOTE A WITNESS WITH STEEMSCAN.COM
- Step 1: You will click on the vote at the right extreem end of our favourite witness.
- Step 2: Click on continue to proceed.
- Step 3: put in your username and your private active key.
- Step 4: After carrying out this steps, click on approve.
⭐ QUESTIONS 4( Please explain What is DApps and mention 3 DApps which you have already used or may use in future as per your interest?)
DApps stands for Decentralized Applications which operates and runs on blockchain like Steem Blockchain. Honestly speaking, i've not been able to use any yet, but my future interest among the listed dapps, i will pick the following below;
Dlease(Decentralised crowd funding and collaboration platform).
Fundition (Investment plartform)
Steemhunt (community for product enthusiasts to discover new product).
Appics (passion rewarded).
⭐ QUESTIONS 5( Please explain How to use "Quick Convert" and what is the fee charged for different Steem amount for withdrawal?)
The quick converts in steemscan.com allows us to convert our steem into either USDT, TRX or BTC.
You can follow the steps below, to convert your steem into the following cryptocurrencies;
- STEP 1 - On the home page, click on Menu and then select "Quick Convert".
- Step 2 - After opening the quick converts, you fill it up based on the particular cryptocurrency you want to convert your steem to. Its includes the specific amount of steen, the currency and your address.
- Step 3 - I used 500 steem as an example from the above image, then i select the specific currency i want to convert my steem into, and i inputed a specific address based on the currency i have choosed. The fee comes up on its own.
The transacetions fee are listed below.
In USDT (Fee): 1.32950340 USDT
In BTC (Fee): 0.00050820 BTC
In TRX (Fee): 3.85000009 TRX
N/B; The fee for any cryptocurrencies you want to convert your steem to remains the same, no matter the amount of steem you want to convert.
⭐ QUESTIONS 6(Please explain what information is provided by the "Search" feature?)
Search Feature is a very important feature provided by steemscan.com. It contains three differebt search types viz;
▪ Transaction
▪ Block
▪ Account
The search section js used to identify an information with ease and without taking your time.
