Achievement 5 Task 2 by @farhmade: Review on Steemscan.com
Greetings everyone, I am delighted to continue with my second task of Achievement 5 which involves the Steemscan.com.
From the lecture about this site, I have learnt that it is a platform very user friendly in making exchanges of currencies into fiat. It was developed by @futureshock and that of @roadofrich.
STEEMSCAN.com
This a platform that is used for making exchanges of currencies into fiat. That is, making an exchange with steem into other cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies like that of BTC,TRX,USDT, ETH and so on are currently those steem can be exchanged for using the Steemscan.com.
FEATURES OF STEEMSCAN.com
To commence the whole process, I will have to logged on to the Steemscan.com website. The window of the site is shown below. It can be seen below the various taps or menus we have in the interface of the website.
The price of steem currently at the time of my task entry is shown in the screenshot.
To carry out the exchange, from the corner side of the window you will find the STEEM/USD menu in which when clicked on allows me to choose the currency or my choice.
I am going to carry my exchange with steem into TRX.
This is shown below.
To continue, I will click on quick convert from the menu taps.
The amount of steem I will like to convert to TRX is entered. Other Currencies are also available such as BTC, ETH and so on.
From here, the specific wallet in which I want to receive the TRX is entered.
The order is the created by these processes.
The confirmation of the order is completed by entering my active key from the menu that pops up. A fee of 1.1$ as standard fee is required to be paid for both bulk and little transactions.
The next feature to be talked on is the Witnesses menu. This makes voting for witnesses very easy and simple. From the menu of the site, you click on the witnesses to see a list of them, then you vote in the list that appears.
This shows the latest blocks that happen in the site. The ID, Height, Timestamp, Block Transactions and Mined by are shown in this feature.
This menu displays all transactions carried out. The Block ID, ID, Time of the transaction, Sender, Receiver, Amount, Type either vote, comment or transfer are shown in the latest transaction menu.
This menu from the website shows the Dapps in the site which can be easily accessed by most users. Some of these include Dtube, Tasteem and so on.
