Q1.Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
A1.Yes, I have get to understand how voting and curation work on steemit platform.
Voting
On the Steemit platform there are two main forms of voting, that is upvoting and downvoting. The user can upvote and downvote content by another user and vote can be done on every comments. If a post is interested and helpful you can upvote on that post. And if you fine a post negative I plagiarized you can downvote on the post to indicate it not fix for a reward.
Curation
When a has been upvoted and after payout, the reward been distributes is known as curation. Every 100%, upvote, on a post the voting power decrease by 2%, that makes you upvote on 10 post per a day and per a day automatically recharge 20%. After a post on steemit platform, The post payout, the reward distribute between the author and curators.
Q2. What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
A2. The 50% received by the curator is usually calculated within the first 5 minutes based on the time the vote is cast.
The First Minute.
In the first minute, 20% of the rewards go to the curator and 80% is stays in the reward pool.
IN THE SECOND MINUTES.
In the second minute, 40% of rewards go to the curator and 80% is stays in the reward pool.
IN THE THIRD MINUTES.
In the third minute, 60% of rewards go to the curator and 40% is stays in the reward pool.
IN THE FOURTH MINUTES
In the fourth minute, 80% of rewards got to the curator and 20% is left in the reward pool.
IN THE FIFTH MINUTE
In the fifth minute any time after a post, a curator gets 100% of the curation rewards.

A3.I will vote for @justy and @steemchiller for steem Witness. This is because their creations; Steemworld.org and Steemyy.com respectively on everyone that has complete the achiavement 5 program can testify that it a great help to have gone through this sides. It has given me a great understanding on the functioning of my account and others.
Q4. Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?
A4. As a cameroonian user, I belong not only to the steemcameroon community but to others as well but healthcare community is what is base on because health comes first and for the growth of the community .
