Good evening everyone. I'm very excited and grateful as this happens to be my last achievement task.
I want to thank @goodybest, @whitestallion, @davosimple and at @jacksonmark1 for their undying support and good mentorship throughout my entire time here on Steemit.
Needless to say much, I'll dive right in and start the achievement task.

How Does Voting And Curation Work On Steemit?

Steemit offers Steem Dollars (SBD), STEEM POWER (SP) and Tron for every post by voting for the authors of such posts. The rewards for votes awarded by the curators is called curation. These authors get 50% and the curators get 50% of the total payouts.
Each post pays out after 7days of posting, and the rewards obtained from each post is based on the value of the authors STEEM POWER and voting power, too.

Can We Get Curation Rewards For Commenting?

Steem users usually get curation rewards by upvoting and making comments on others' posts.

What Happens If You Vote A Post Before 5 Minutes Marks After Posting?

• When a post gets upvoted within the first minute after posting, the curator will receive 20% and 80% goes to the prize pool.

• When a post gets upvoted within 2 minutes, the curator will receive 40% and 60% goes to the prize pool.

• If a post gets upvoted within 3 minutes, the curator will receive 60% and 40% goes to the prize pool.

• If a post gets upvoted within 4 minutes, the curator will receive 80% and 20% goes to the prize pool.

• If a post gets upvoted within 5 minutes after posting it, 100% curation reward goes to the curator.

Well, I've already joined lots of communities on Steemit that match my interests.

Newcomers' Community was one of the first communities I joined to get reliable information that is incredibly essential for newbies like myself. I also joined CampusConnect so I could relate with fellow students' experiences, lifestyle and views about their various campuses.
