This topic has spread a lot, so much so that there were times that I already had nightmares with the virus, and that is that this virus has been so contagious that many people have lost their lives because of it, codid19 is a virus that originated from China, having as symptoms the following:

Headache
Sore throat
Dry cough
Continuous fevers
Shortness of breath
General pain

and it was only epidemic for a few days and quickly became a pandemic, but do you know the difference between the two terms? i help you with that!

These are infectious processes that spread very quickly and infecting many people in a certain time in one or more area of the country.

These others are caused by infectious processes also but that infect many people in one place and quickly spreads the infection throughout the national territory and reaches beyond the barriers thus reaching other countries.

This second was what happened with covid19 from one moment to another spread so much that it reached many countries and many were infected and although they have studied the situation a lot they still do not find a precise cure, but if they give us recommendations to avoid contagion and lately we have been recommended to vaccinate with some of the vaccines that some laboratories have created.

My recommendations to take care of ourselves in this pandemic that still continues:

• Wash your hands often
• Wear the mask whenever you are in places with other people.
• Avoid crowded places.
• Use a lot of alcohol when you can't wash your hands.
• Eat foods rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, and ZINC.
• Do not consume food on the street if possible.
• Exercise.
• Get vaccinated to avoid complications.
• and the most important thing is that you visit the doctor as soon as you feel a minimum discomfort.
