Markdowns are very important here in steemit. I'm showing my understanding of the markdowns below.

HEADER MARKDOWN

First things first, you'd be needing to arrange your content in headings to tell apart between different ideas.
If during the course of writing, you wish to indicate the hierarchy or structure of your material in an organized manner for simple identification by the reader, you'll be able to make use of headers which would arrange them in an exceedingly descending order.

QUOTES MARKDOWN

When writing, there's sometimes the requirement to quote. Therefore, so as to form quotes easily identifiable by the reader, the >sign is added before the quote, which makes it appear in a slightly faded and unique font.

HOW TO ALIGN IMAGES

Images could either be aligned to the left, right or center, looking on how you wish the structure of your work to be. In my example below, i will be aligning the image of my favourite player Lionel Messi.

JUSTIFY MARKDOWN

This markdown helps produce good, user-readable paragraphs by spacing the paragraph content to fill the entire width of the containing screen for easier reading.
Please note how the content in this publication is expanded in width, rather than aligned to the left or right. I have used the Markdown of "justifycontent" to achieve this.

CENTER ALIGNMENT MARKDOWN

In order to form your text centralized, a markdown command is employed to create that effect. This is how it is used.

This particular markdown helps to create text that are bold and this is done by placing a text in between four asterisks, two on both ends of the text.

This markdown creates text that are italic. This is done by placing the text In between two asterisks *ITALIC*.

TABLE MARKDOWN

If you wish to differentiate between two concepts or ideas, you'll be able to simply align them into tables for straightforward identification. Below are a list of users and their gender.
