MEANING OF PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism is referred to as an act of coping or stealing someone’s else work or content in place your own to receive and award. or plagiarism is an act of presenting someone else idea of or article as your own without the author consents.
TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
- DIRECT PLAGIARISM
- SELF PLAGIARISM
- PARAPHRASING OF AUTHORSHIP
- MOSAIC PLAGIARISM
Direct Plagiarism: This is type of plagiarism that involves the real reproduction of of already published work or article without any attribute to its original sources.
Self-Plagiarism: Its refers to the act of submitting the same work or article product or the one that is slightly altered, to satisfy the requirements of multiple separate courses.
Paraphrasing: This involves presenting another person’s name on the completed work of his/her article.
Mosaic Plagiarism: It is an act where a writer or blogger copies other ideas or article to achieve a reward for himself.
HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
To plagiarized, it need authors or writers to maintain a moral writing in learning activities, and also their supplies should be known to be cleared and accurate
To avoid plagiarism we need to follow this criteria:
- Check your work using online plagiarism checker before presenting or submitting your article
- Cite the sources which you carry out your research or findings
- Reference the Original authors in your article.

Go through your article and understand the writers content using it in place your own.
