Achievement 6 Task by @chidosky : Understanding Curation and Community

Hello fellow steemians , below is my achievement 6 post . i have completed achievement 1 to 5. I have read and learnt about **understands curation and community.

1. Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

• Yes i do. We have two types of votes on steemit platform, which is the upvote and downvote. Which can be similar to like and dislike. They both have their own party or functions. Which is also curation.
  The default reward pool on steem ratio is 50-50%

• Curation is the circulating of rewards which is done by upvoting author's post or comment. The more we built our SP is the more our voting value increases.
  For example we have 100% voting power and it get decreased by 2% for every upvote, It get restored by 20% every day.

Normally we have time in which the payout comes. Or in which our post pays out. It's a period of 7 days

2. What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

• When we vote a post before 5 minutes after the post has been made, small amount of our vote will go to the reward pool and then the curator will get some amount of rewards. And then if the vote was voted after 5 minutes the 100% amount will go to the curator.
  The table below explains how it changes👇

3. Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
My first vote will go to @steemchiller who developed steemworld.org and secondly i will vote @justyy who developed steemyy.com because these website provides easy to access tools for steemit platform.

**4. Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

• Newcomers community
  I have joined the newcomers community,
  This community is like a foundation. Which also guides you and teach you how steemit platform works.

• Steemalive Community
  Actually this is the second community that i joined when i registered to steemit platform. I have been able to learn many things, this is where i post my daily diarygame
