Achievement 6 Task by @Chidi1031: Understanding Curation and Community

Hello everyone,
My achievement 6 is all about Curation and Community.I want to thank everyone that contributed to the completion of my achievement 1-5 task.Special thanks to @cryptocannon for providing me the tutorials for this task.

Question1. Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Curation simply means the reward we get from voting.It is earned whenever we vote a good article or post.
The Green arrow indicates Upvote while the Red arrow indicates Downvote.
In steemit,the higher person’s steem power the higher the user strength of his vote on the post.
Whenever a user cast 100% votes on a post,2% of the voting mana is usually deducted and this voting mana will continue to reduce until it reaches 0%.
The reward after each post payout is distributed to the author and curator in the ratio of 50% / 50% and the steemian can earn curation reward by upvoting post.
In steemit, 500 steem power at least is needed by every new steemian to cast their vote between 1% and 100% voting strength.

Question 2.What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

Any Post you upvote before 5minutes of posting,certain percentage of the curation reward goes back in the reward and you therefore lose some percent of curation reward.See details below:

•At every 1st minute, the curator receives 20% leaving 80% in the reward pool.

•At every 2nd minute, the curator receives 40% leaving 60% in the reward pool.

•At every 3rd minute, the curator receives 60% leaving 40% in the reward pool.

•At every 4th minute, the curator receives 80% leaving 20% in the reward pool.

•After the 5 minute mark, 100% of the curation rewards go to the curator of the post comment.

Question 3. Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

I will vote for @steemchiller and @justyy who are the developers of SteemWorld.org and Steemyy.com respectively because these steem tools made me carry out my tasks without difficulties.
I will also for @futureshock who developed Steemscan.com .It was very helpful and useful tool for all Steemians.

Question 4. Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

•Newcomers' Community: I joined this community to have access to all my achievements tasks to help my task on steem a success.

•SteemitCryptoAcademy: This community gave me great insight about cryptocurrencies and the best way to trade.

•World Of Football:As a football loving individual, I joined this community to help me write interesting articles about football and its newly introduced developments.

•Health Republic: There is a saying "health is wealth",I joined this community to enlighten me on the necessary things to do for a healthy living.
