Good day great steemians. I am back again with my Achievement task, happily, its my last achievement task as a newcomer to steemit. It is a delightful thing to have come this far. Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Yes i do understand how voting and curation and how it works. When a users makes quality post to the system the post is curated by giving an upvote or a downvote. Those that curate posts are called curators. A post is curated with the use of proof of brain. When a curator reads a post and it add value to him, he also judges what know it add add to the community and he curates the post based on that. If the post is hazardous to the community he alerts the community of the existence of such a post in the community especially if it is a continuous case of plagiarism.

• Self voting is highly discouraged because it does not encourage socialization and interaction within the system.
• The more the steem power of a user is, the more infect it can make when he votes a post.
• What can make a users reputation ti decline is when anither user diwnvotes him.
• Steemit is a game of steem power, so it is important to have more SP so as to add a voice in the ecosystem.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

When a post is voted immediately it was made to will be
1 minute the voting percentage will be 20%
2 minutes is 40%, 3 minutes is 60%, 4 minutes is 80% and from 5minues to 6days 12hours is 100%. So it is important to check well before voting.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Well this is a serious question, I will vote for @justyy. My reason is that i enjoy his post and apps alot and they are so easy to be understood even by a complete novice.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

Well, i already joined several communities. Below is the screen shot of my communities.

I will explain why Joined four of them

• Promo Steem: I understand so well that a system cannot grow without continuity. So i decided to join so as to add my quotal to the development of the steemit system.
• Steemalive: Steemalive is a mentorship community that helps her members to know more about steemit platform. So i joined the community to be guided by the old users.
• Steemkids is a community that seeks to meet the needs of children down to the grassroot, so i joined the community so as to also help the children around me and serve as an eye of the community in my locality.
• Steemwomenclub: A community exclusively for women. You know women are so special, a society without women cannot stand. So i joined the steemwomen club so as to learn from order women around the world and also contribute my own part to the community too.
