Hello, I'm Alhassan Abdul Kudus who's known here as @breezy-12, I'm writing on the basic security of Steem as my achievement2 task.

Security refers to all measures that are taken to protect something.
The following are answered questions.

Question 1:
Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

Yes ,I have safe retrieved all my keys and I have a hardcopy and soft copy of it, where no one can access

Question 2:
Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes, because I have taken time to comprehend about them.

POSTING KEY

This key makes posting of content possible, comments on various post, resteeming, to follow and being able to mute people's account.
It's essential because, it checks harm to prevent accounts being compromised.

ACTIVE KEYS

It is essential for the transfer of funds, power ups and power downs. It helps to convert Steem dollars and voting for witnesses.

OWNER KEY

It is meant to retrieve hacked account. It can be used to change any key from an accounts.

MEMO KEY

It helps in encrypting and decrypting memos when sending funds.

Question 3:
How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have kept it in a safe haven where no one can have access to. It is so important and I know it.

Question 4:
Do you know how to transfer your Steem token from your account to another Steem user account?

A very sure yes, here are the steps in doing that;
1: Click on the avatar icon , a pop up menu will appear.

2: Select and click on profile from the menu.

3: Click on wallet.

4: Steem option will appear with an arrow pointing downwards, click it.

5: Select transfer.

6: A pop up menu will appear, fill the details of the person you want to transfer the funds to.

7: Click next and confirm.

Question 5:
Do you know how to power up your Steem?

Yes, below are the steps;
1: Click on your profile

2: Select a wallet

3: Steem option pops up with an arrow pointing downwards, click it.
4: Click on power up.
5: Enter the amount of Steem you want to power up and confirm by clicking power up.

Steem security has really helped me to understand and appreciate the fact that, I have to keep my keys safe. I have learnt alot so far and will continue learning.
