Hi Everyone, I hope you're all doing fine. The same goes for me. This post is my Achievement Task 6.in this post. I'll explain curation, witnesses and community and some other valuable details.
Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
Yes, I am well aware of how votings and curation take place in steemit.
There are two types of voting :- Upvoting
- Downvoting
In upvoting, the voter clicks on the left arrow mark facing upwards and vice -versa for downvoting. i.e. the user clicks on the downvote button present on the right side of the upvote button. There are also significant differences like colour difference and orientation of the arrows to upvote or downvote the post easily. You'll find both of these buttons at the left end corner of a steemit post.

Curation Rewards: distribution of rewards is called the Curation process, and you can do this by voting someone else by giving them an upvote.
If you have more steem power(SP), you can distribute more reward to the author from the reward pool.
You've provided with the voting power of 100%, and with every vote, it decreases by 2%, and it gets an increment of 20% in a day that means you can vote ten posts in a day to maintain your voting power.
Post Payout: The post payout period is of 7 days. After seven days of the vote, the post will be divided into two rewards, author reward and curator reward of an equal amount of reward (50|50).
You can get a Curation reward by upcoming the posts.
What happened if you vote for a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

As you can see in the table above. If you vote before 5 minutes after posting, some amount of the vote will go to the reward pool, but if you vote after 5 minutes, then 0% amount will go to the reward pool. i.e. no amount. In such cases, the curator gets 100% of curation rewards.

- I will vote for Steemworld.org, developed by @steemchiller, and steemyy.com, developed by @justyy and steemdb.io, as I have often used them to know about my account, votes, reputation and many other details. I have reviewed the above tools in my Achievement task 5.
Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

- I have joined some communities and will be joining many others as I get to know about them and the ones who interest me. I'll join them to learn more about people and also cryptocurrencies.
