Do you understand how the steemit voting and curation system works?

Voting power is directly related to your steem power. The higher you have the amount of steen power you vote for more posts and distribute rewards. The vote amount is calculated by a bar which is called voting mana.

Steemit curation to the posting is to vote on different users' posts to appreciate them. The power bar can be decreased when you vote on any user post. Whenever we cast a vote through vote mana, there is use the small amount of your vote and first turn out is 100%.

Whenever you vote, 2 % of our vote mana is used to vote. It can be regained 20% every day. You can maximum vote 10 posts a day. New users can vote only with 100% of their voting power, which can be regained when you reached 500 steem power.

Sometimes you will receive a negative vote as well. These votes are quickly used four times as a lot of votes as positive. You can vote simply by selecting any quality content post and vote by hand. The other method is curation trail which is automatic and you can use it to vote automatically on quality contenders.

What happens if you vote on a post after five minutes of posting?

The number of votes in form of steem, SBD, or TRX author and curator receive depends 50% on the time of casting vote.

If the curator vote on time, a 100% reward of curation will remain in the prize pool.

If the curator vote after 1 minute of publication, a 20% reward will be received to the curator and 80 % will remain in the prize pool.

If the curator vote after 2 minutes, 40% reward goes to the curator and 60% will remain in the prize pool.

If the curator vote after 3 minutes, 60 % reward goes to the curator and 40% will remain in the prize pool.

If the curator vote after 4 minutes, 80% reward goes to the curator and 20% reward will be in the prize pool.

If the curator vote after 5 minutes, a 100% reward will be given to the curator and 0% will remain in the prize pool.

You can vote for witnesses for a maximum of 30 votes. Witnesses are the in-charge of creating blocks to activate blockchain. Steem power will be received for each created block.
