Active key - Active key is used more technically. Its functions include updating profiles , making transactions , transferring funds etc .
Memo Key - Memo key encrypts and decrypts memos . It is essential to use pound (#) sign before encryption.
Owner Key - Owner key is as powerful as its name . The is used only in certain situations like changing of keys or recovery of account.These are very essential for running an account here on steemit so it is necessary to store them somewhere safe and sound .

Answer : Q3 - I have made many copies of it including an MS word document, A scanned copy , a screenshot and in a written form in my diary.
