How voting and curation work in steemit?
Like all other social media sites, we do vote or like over here too like Facebook on the post or content that we like to show our support. Other sites never reward you back but steemit has a reward for all.
When we upvote on another author's post, the reward gets distributed between the author and the curator. Every curator gets the reward as per their steem power. We should try to increase our SP and should try not to power down our SP. Now, what is voting mana? Voting mana is a slider bar, it keeps on increasing and decreasing. At an initial level, it is full 100%, every time we vote it gets a bit less which means we use a small amount with our every vote. As I said it's 100% at the beginning, when we cast a vote it reduces to 2%. The best part is, this mana gets recharge automatically within 24 hours it recharges with a speed of 20% every day. This voting mana appears only when you have 500+ SP Right now my SP is less than 500 and I still don't have this voting mana.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
the curator will receive less than 100% if the curator votes within the first 5 minutes.source
The division of curators reward with time is as follows.

I will vote for @steemchiller as he developed the super easy and supportive tool steemworld.org I use this tool most often. Every option is so easy and any beginner can easily learn this too.
Next, I will vote for @justyy for developing steemyy.com. I didn't know about this tool before. I learned this while making my achievement 5 and since then I am loving it. It is a fine tool.
Which community will you join in Steemit, and why
It's been 3 months since I am on steemit. I am part of many different communities. I am not in any special position in any community but an active member of STEEMIT PAKISTAN I like this community and feel at home as it's an official community for Pakistanis.
Besides this SteemWomen Club I love this community. It is for all women and there is so much fun for ladies in this community.
