First of all, i would like to thank @cryptokannon for this achievement task post that has been able to guide me through completing this task. I been able to understand learn how to utilise the steemworld website to delegate some of my steem power and also take it back anytime I want. I would like to go on and share my understanding of curation and community.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Curation on steemit means voting, in steemit users are been rewarded by posting or curating. Curators are given 50% of the post reward. whereas the other 50% goes to the author. The distribution of the curation reward depends on the amount of SP the user has. The more steem power the greater the influence on the curation reward.

I will use the steemworld.org tool to show how the curation reward works. Any time we vote on posts with 100% power, our voting power decreases by 2%. The voting power regenerates with time, it takes 24 hours to recharge by 20%

We can select the percentage of the voting power we want users to vote on a post, this feature is available for users with over 500 SP. This option allows selecting as low as 1% to 100%. Those with SP less than 500 can only vote with 100% SP.

Steemit has a fixed prize pool. There are two types of votes on Steemit. The first is upvote and the second is downvote. (Like or dislike button on YouTube or many social media platforms) You can vote according to the direction of the Arrows under each post and comment. Buying Upvote will increase your account and reputation. However, sometimes you can also get Downvote. Although this does not always lower your reputation, the user who gives the downvote usually does this with a statement, you can edit it if you wish. Causes of downvote are often the result of not following community guidelines.

Users vote the content they find quality from the prize pool (Upvote). In return, they receive 50 Percent of the reward. The more steem power you have, the more rewards you will get. The source of this pool is Steem's Hard Fork 21 system. With this system, the necessary resource will be provided for 20.5 years.

You can do this with your Voting Manner while voting. At the beginning, you vote with all your power (you can adjust it if you wish, the details are included in the 5th achievement.) Your meaning decreases with every vote you give. Don't worry, your mana will be renewed by 20 percent every day. The higher the mana, the higher your vote. You can check your mana here at https://steemscan.com/account/youraccount. For Downvote, the process is a little different. For Downvote, you have a 25 percent meaning in addition to this meaning. If that mana is not used first, you start using your other mana.

When you vote for a post or comment, you become a Curator. Content rewards are allocated 50% of the payment to the author of the post / comment and 50% to the curator. The reward you will receive is determined according to the time you vote for the content. The table below shows how much share will be given in how much time. This table is valid for Upvote (upvote). You cannot earn rewards for downvote (downvote).

Out of the numerous communities available, my interest is in 4 for now, There are communities that help you develop in Steemit. I became a member to improve myself in communities such as @SteemFoods, @Newcomers' Community, @SteemitCryptoAcademy @steem-bangladesh. I am a member of about 43 communities.

This community provides the needed guidelines for newbies that join the platform. Avaruois task called achievement tak are avialable for users to go through to learn alot about what steemit is all about.

Steam foods

Steam Food is a daily contest and a great community. Also regular food competition are held for prize and to involve community member. Also meetups are also organized for community development.

Steemit Crypto Academy

This community also provides the needed education for the crypto market, this includes how to trade crypto, when to trade invest and when to sell, and the various analysis to employ for this effective trading. There courses that professors teach every week, after which homework tasks are given for the users to present at the foe review and curation from steemcurator02.

Steem bangladesh

Steem bangladesh is a community wh9ich consists of most people from my country, this makes it easy to reach out to them for any help. Also, contests are held regularly for rewards and also to engage the community members. Meetups are also organized for community development.
