Today I'm going to share my last achievement which is Curation and Community and I'm pretty excited due to the facts that the curators appreciated my work previously and thanks to all the moderators of the community for verifying my tasks at a high pace.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Yes I do understand these terms. As steemit runs on a cryptocurrency, which is runs by the proof of brain which is the most beautiful thing about the steemit. You use your brain to produce the quality content and in return you get the reward for your content that grabs the attention of the people to join steemit, it is becoming the world's first ever social media platform which rewards the user for their posts in the form of Author and Curation Reward.

Voting

Voting is like you appreciating the quality contents of other authors by upvoting theirs posts just as we do on instagram, Twitter and meta. So you up vote others post through taping the green arrow shown below their posts, the value of your vote depends upon the steem power you hold. You can aslo downvote the posts by tapping the red arrow shown below the posts. So the things is reward which the author of the post or comment gains through your voting is called the Author Reward

Curation

When you cast a vote on the post of others you commit doing Curation. So you aslo receives the reward by casting votes on others which is called the Curation Reward Again the reward's value depends on the value of the vote you casted which depends on your steem power. Newbie should cast a vote when they have 100% of their voting Mana (energy bar) which decreses 2% after voting but also recharges 20% everyday. So it is recommended to cast up to 10 votes per day. Aslo when you reach high levels of sp in K you can adjust your voting Mana or voting value in percentages between 1 to 100%.

The reward between the author and Curation is distributed in 1:1 ratio.
Means the 50% payout goes to the author(which is 50%SBD vs 50%SP or you can set it according to your desire) and 50% goes to the Curator( which i have heard that only contributes to their SP).

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

When a vote is casted as soon as the vote is casted the Curator reward is 0% which becomes 100% when vote is casted after 5 to 30minutes. So the %age of receiving the curation reward increases when you cast vote after 5min of posting or later than that. Also when vote is casted at the exact time of posting it does not enables the author to delete the post only he can edit it in the future.

After 4min	80% vs 20%
At 5min or afterward	100% vs 0%

Rewards pool is generated per annual inflation which is spike in the prices. So later you cast vote the better the inflation gets.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Witnesses on steemit are the people who creates the blocks of the Blockchain of steemit. So these people are elected by the steemit users, each can cast about 30witness votes. These block in blockchain are mined first by miners then they needs to be verified through a consensus process (agreement) so called Delegate proof of Stake.That's why people with high sp whose votes count due to their vote value needs to elect such people.
