En esta semana nos invitas a hablar de un tema peculiar, un tema simple pero que muchas veces no prestamos atención a nuestros pensamientos mientras estamos frente a un espejo.

This week you invite us to talk about a peculiar topic, a simple topic but that many times we do not pay attention to our thoughts while we are in front of a mirror.

De verdad soy un hombre de poco verme en un espejo, siempre que estoy frente a el es para verme como estoy vestido, arreglarme el cabello, en las mañanas para mi aseo personal, cuando me afeito, cuando estoy comprando ropa en alguna tienda o si estoy sacando cualquier impureza de mi piel, normalmente la cara, entonces de verdad que cuando estoy frente al espejo es para un acto en especifico, por lo que mi mente esta concentrada en lo que estoy haciendo.

I really am a man of little to see myself in a mirror, whenever I am in front of him it is to see how I am dressed, to fix my hair, in the morning for my personal hygiene, when I shave, when I am buying clothes in a store or if I am removing any impurities from my skin, normally my face, so really when I am in front of the mirror it is for a specific act, so my mind is focused on what I am doing.

Mi mente en ese momento no tiene tiempo para pensar en otra cosa, ya que o estoy concentrado en la tarea que estoy realizando y que la mayoría de veces es rápida, osea que tengo el tiempo justo y esta tareas las hago rápido, ya sea porque tengo que salir o por cumplir con otra tarea.

My mind at that time does not have time to think about anything else, since I am either focused on the task I am doing and that most of the time it is fast, so I have just enough time and I do these tasks quickly, either because I have to leave or to fulfill another task.
