I would like to show you what for me is our little paradise, the island of Formentera.
It is situated to the south of the other Balearic island that forms the archipelago of Las Pitiusas, Ibiza, a well-known tourist destination, and is only 25 minutes away from the latter by boat.

The people of Formentera have managed to conserve their environment and, as we can see in the photos, a large number of visitors travel by bicycle. For this purpose, there are exclusive cycle paths and cycle lanes of several kilometres that run along the most important points of the island. The beaches of fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, thanks to an algae called posidonia, make this corner of the Mediterranean one of the most pleasant places to spend a holiday. Another of the aspects that make it attractive is its stupendous gastronomic offer, even with some restaurants awarded with the prestigious Michelin star.

If you have the opportunity to visit the Balearic Islands, Formentera is a must.
