Cuando nos miramos en el espejo, solemos hablar con él, sin darnos cuenta le contamos cosas que somos incapaz de decir, pero no tomamos en cuenta que le hablamos al yo interior de nosotros mismos. Esta es mi participación.

a través del espejo,
a esa que encierra en su mirada
añoranzas de la joven que
fuiste ayer,
a la que encierra una niña
traviesa y alegre que fue en
su niñez.
Te hablo a ti, a la mujer
guerrera que lucha día a día
la que vive la vida como un payaso,
por fuera dibuja una sonrisa
pero por dentro está hecha pedazos.
A la mujer que vive cada momento con intensidad
que no deja de tejer en
sus pensamientos ilusiones y
sueños.
A la amiga que siempre
está para los demás
sin importar si ellos
estarán para ti.
lloras por lo que perdiste
¡ levántate! sacude el polvo
de la ropa, píntate los labios
sonríe de nuevo y sigue adelante
porque Dios te otorga el mejor premio,
¡ El de la Vida!
Levanta la cara con orgullo
que el viento sopla en contra
pero también a favor,
que nadie ha dicho
que la vida sea fácil,
la vida es, y la vives
como quieres tu.
Lucha por tus sueños
sin hacerle daño a nadie
róbale al tiempo un beso
y sé feliz como antes.
Mira hacia el horizonte
mira las gaviotas
