Bathing is when water and soap are used to clean our body and make it neat and healthy. Bathing enables good health which also promotes long life.

The bathing customs of my people Varies. The people of the north, has many bathing customs and many ways of bathing which will even depend on who you are.

As a child or baby, the mother of the baby has to take the bathing responsibilities of the child. The mother will sit on a stool and put her legs in a big basin. The sponge, soap and towel of the baby will be ready.

There will be three buckets which 2 of it will be filled with hot and cold water separately. The other one will be used for bathing. So therefore, it will be where the cold and hot water will be mixed.

There are a lot of bathing customs as I said earlier on who you are, a baby, an elderly person or an old person. Thank you all for reading.
