BATHING CUSTOMS OF MY PEOPLE

Bathing is the immersion of the body in water or the washing of the body with a liquid, usually water or an aqueous solution. It's used for personal cleanliness, religious rituals, and medicinal purposes.

I live in the Northern part of Ghana were we normally bath twice a day.
We will first bath early in the morning before engaging in our daily activities.

Then after performing all our daily activities,
we normally take our bath before going to rest in the night.

Most at times , we bath with the use of the sponge and soap.
You will wash your entire body with the sponge and soap. After that, you will raise it with clean water.

Then you clean your entire body with a towel again in order to make the water dry on your body .
You will then apply pomade and dress up.
