Graffiti Of My City No. 33 - Life By The Riverside
Welcome to No. 33 of the contest Graffiti Of My City hosted by @slon21veka. The contest post can be found here if you haven't heard of this yet and would like to know more. Do join us in this exciting contest.
We are continuing my series of street art found along the front wall of the public school Kapitan Tomas Monteverde along Ponciano St., Davao City, Philippines. These paintings were done by elementary students of the school to make the surrounding clean and bright.
For this week, here are a set of photos showing how life is in our country beside a river. A river serves so many useful purposes in the lives of the people living around it. First is it serves as a big swimming pool for everyone where people can just cool themselves on a hot day and have fun.
The river is also a source of food for them, providing fresh fish and water.
It also provides them with alternative route to travel to neighboring towns. Travel by water.
It also is a place where people do their laundry.
Wouldn't it be fun to live by the Riverside?
And that's all for this Round. Hope you enjoyed it. Good luck to all the participants. A blessed Friday to you all.
