Hello to steemit members of this community, hope everybody is fine in the Steem-BRU (BY-RU-UA) a great weekend to every body, for me I am doing great as well. I am grateful to participate to the weekly contest of @slon21veka. Last week it was on "did your childhood dream come true or not, why… " for this week it is on "what do I associate January with".

last year was a very bad year for me because there is a local financial institution in our place where I was working

This is the sign board of the local micro financial institution in Mforya Bafut in Mezam Division in the North West Region of Cameroon.
So since creation in 1992 the place has been moving on smoothly without any issues. So as the anglophone crisis started, it has not been going since 2017 till last year that things became worse.
Because of the situation, l and the management committee contracted a loan to pay out members saving withdrawals and the collateral was my house. But the problem was, this loan could not be paid because of financial difficulties. So because of this the credit union was coming to sell my house 🏠. But around the end of November, December things became some how relief and my plans were made up, even though the new year started with it own problems.

That is me standing inside the counter.

As for me I associated January with prayers of "financial break through". I believe that with God every thing is possible. Meaning when he will answer my prayers, l will be able to repay my loans including that of the Bayele credit union for them to leave my house s alone. Then for the fact that I also learned about steemit in January 2022, it prove to me that my January association will soon materialize because when I share my problems, members read comment and by so doing, they are advising me. There is a saying that a problem shared is half solve.
