Indeed this question can be asked based on many believes and traditions in the Qu'ran it is believed that the earth is flat.

Warn of the Day of Judgement, When God will Remove the Mountains, and you will See the Earth a Flat Plain
You will Not See Any Curve Therein, and those who Mocked will be Enveloped by what they used to Ridicule.

Based on the above quote one can believe that the earth is flat

Not only in the Qu'ran, other physicits believe that the earth is flat according to the physics world

Since secondary school it was thought to us that the earth is round. Scientists have lunches satellite that have taken the whole earth and it is seen that it is effectively round.

But honestly i believe that the earth is round, with a flat surface.

People may have their beliefs and thoughts let us not judge them and hear what they want to say.
