Contest: Topic of the Week #15| My Best Personality

Oh wow, @slon21veka, thanks so much for this topic "personality best or my best personality"... I'm not sure whether I got it right but it made me think of " what's my best actually". I just realized it's a difficult one to think of. Maybe it would have been a lot easier if a friend would tell it to my face, "hey you @fabio2614 you are best at this!" Luh, am I the only one who finds it hard to? But still, I'll be telling people about "my best"... haha, sounds awkward though.

Ok, let's start then. I am the kind of person who can be very talkative when with people I am comfortable with. But keep my mouth shut whenever I needed to. I don't have a big circle of friends, I only chose a few, normally around 3. I am not a loner, but I can be alone without being lonely, tsk tsk!

Well, I can be very funny with friends, yeah... being boring is not my thing. I can engage with any topic under the sun, yet the thing is I do it only to a selected few. People might wonder about "my kind of personality"... like what's real about me. Hmm, that is just me, not the best.

Here, I don't think friends will agree with me, but what I consider best about me is not any "extraordinary skills" as I don't have many. It is my "love for kids" and the kind of me who just prefers to be "behind the scene" that I consider "my best". When it comes to kids, I love to extend help but as always, I prefer doing it in secret. It breaks my heart to see a hungry kid, especially just around my area. So whenever I do good, I usually channel it through trusted friends. I don't care if that friends got the credit supposed to be mind as I am only after of its outcome.

You see, it was just recently when I conducted a feeding with a few of my neighbor's kids. It was not my normal thing to do it face to face. Yet, I was very happy I overcome my uncertainty in doing it. It was full of fun actually, you know kids, they are very funny to be with that's what I like about them. But promise, am not gonna do it "alone" again, haha! Scary because my neighbors started to think I have plenty of money and at once they came to borrow some,.. oops, my mouth!

But doing it with the kids in Church is my usual thing. They don't need to know I've helped so I always feel comfortable in doing it again and again. We have plenty of kids in our church and I love to see these kids grow in the lord.

The kid's bible study is scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. I used to be their teacher, but since teachers are now reporting to school every day, I just give way to others who have plenty of free time and dedicate myself to supporting them financially whenever needed.

On Sundays, we let them offer a song to God. In this way, young as they are, they will get acquainted with their Christian life. Imagine children of these numbers, what a great contribution would they be in the future. As we know youth is the strength of the old.

You know kids, to keep their eagerness burning and alive in learning the bible, we see to it they have their favorite snacks after the bible study. We voluntarily take turns in giving them snacks. I can't just help sharing it here because I was amazed at what had happened recently, it had leveled up. The usual "cold juice drink and bread" level up to a "boodle fight"... wow just wow! Oops, it was not my money alone ha, it was a chip-in with churchmate friends as I am not rich you know.

My liking of kids doesn't depend on how they look, nor what they smell. As long as they are kids I love being with them. It's my pleasure to talk and laugh with them. They are very funny and easy to get along with. I love to see them quarrel at a moment then back to being friends again. Forgetting the shouting and the crying in an instant. This is me, and my "best personality".
