Contest // Topic Of the Week No35 // How many hours a day do I sleep

Greetings fellow Steemians in Steem-BRU community. Honestly the topic of this Contest got my attention because I always sleeps late at night and wake up early. Besides I don't sleep in the afternoon due to my Steemit promotional activities.

So when I come across the Contest, I paused a bit and asked myself the same question. So below is my answers for the following questions. Thanks @slon21veka for coming up with this Contest.

I have only 5 hours in a day to sleep. Sometimes 4 hours. As a Steemit promoter, I use 4 days in a week for Steemit promoting and used the remaining 3 days to train the newbies I recruited. At the end of day, I will go home to write about my activities for the day and also join in Contest like this. So I sleep between 12:am to 5pm. Sometimes I dose of inside car.

Here in Nigeria, their is no customary indicating when one should sleep in a day. We sleep anytime we want and wake up to continue our hustling. But whenever their is a problem in the country, the government will announce that everyone should be at his/ her home before 8pm Nigerian time.

We all need enough rest, because sleeping relaxes the memory, strengthened the heart and increases productivity. It also boost our immune system. So it is advisable for one to sleep between the hours of 8:pm to 5am in the morning. Which means taking good 8 hours sleep/rest.
