Greetings to everyone in the steemit world especially in the whole world dairy community. Today I want to participate in a contest that is organized by @humaidi in the community. It is all about sharing foods recipe. Now I will share my Special Sour Fish Soup food recipe. This recipe is best during the rainy season.
Now let me show you first the ingredients needed

1 kg of fish slice
1/2 kg snake fish
3 spring onions
2 red onions
1kg of tomatoes, sliced
2 pcs ginger sliced
4 cloves of garlic
10 pcs green pepper
1 pc magic sarap granules
Oil
Salt
Water

Procedure

• Pour the garlic and saute for few minutes. Add the red onion into the saute garlic and saute again.

• Put a tomato sliced into the mixture and all other ingredients like green pepper and ginger into the mixture and then mix too.
• Then mashed the tomato and other ingredients until the tomato red juice will come out.

• Add the fish sliced into the mixture and mix it. Then put salt and all other seasonings like magic sarap and vetsin into the mixture. Let it boil for few minutes.

• Add the amount of water. Let it boil until the fish is already cooked. Then add the sliced spring onions.

• Transfer it into the empty pot and now it is ready to serve to your friends and family. Then enjoy.

This recipe is originally found in Cebu. It is the best soup dish because it is delicious compare to other soup recipes.
