Hello,

This is the third week of the contest for the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 10 on behalf of the Steem for Bangladesh community. We hope you will enjoy this challenge.

Contest Topic

We find that when different strengths and talents work together, a task gets done faster and innovative solutions are created, and we can solve problems that might be too difficult or impossible for us to do alone.

We are involved in many team activities in our school life, sports and work. And working as a team is based on mutual support and trust. When different types of talent work together in a team, it is easier to avoid any potential risks and many innovative ideas emerge.

Moreover, teamwork has many other benefits which help us to be more productive. So through this contest, we want to know your experience of teamwork.

প্রতিযোগিতার বিষয়

আমরা দেখতে পাই যে যখন বিভিন্ন শক্তি এবং প্রতিভা একসাথে কাজ করে, তখন একটি কাজ দ্রুত সম্পন্ন হয় এবং উদ্ভাবনী সমাধান তৈরি হয় এবং আমরা এমন সমস্যাগুলি সমাধান করতে পারি যা আমাদের একা করা খুব কঠিন বা অসম্ভব হতে পারে।

আমরা আমাদের স্কুল জীবনে, খেলাধুলায় এবং কর্মক্ষেত্রে অনেক দলগত কাজের সাথে জড়িত হই । আর দলগত কাজ পারস্পরিক সমর্থন এবং বিশ্বাসের উপর ভিত্তি করে। যখন বিভিন্ন ধরনের প্রতিভা একটি দলে একসাথে কাজ করে, তখন যেকোন সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি এড়ানো সহজ হয় এবং অনেক উদ্ভাবনী ধারণার উদ্ভব হয়।

তদুপরি, টিমওয়ার্কের আরও অনেক সুবিধা রয়েছে যা আমাদের আরও উত্পাদনশীল হতে সহায়তা করে। তাই এই প্রতিযোগিতার মাধ্যমে আমরা দলগত কাজ সম্পর্কে আপনার মতামত জানতে চাই।

  • "টিমওয়ার্ক মেইকস দ্যা ড্রিম ওয়ার্ক" বলতে আপনি কি বুঝেন ?

  • আপনার কি দল ভিত্তিক কাজের সাথে জড়িত থাকার অভিজ্ঞতা আছে? বিনা দ্বিধায় আপনার অনলাইন এবং অফলাইন দলগত কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা শেয়ার করুন।

  • দল হিসেবে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে আপনি কোন কোন বাধার সম্মুখীন হয়েছেন?
