I like your sincerity on this topic, yes it is of a truth that there are people out there who does teaching job as part of humanitarian services. They do not collect money for that service and you are one among them.
You have also note down some points in making your environment conducive for teaching processes to take place. You also stressed on talking to the students calming. This charisma will help the students get free with you and make their heart open for teaching to take place.
