Assalamualaikum to all. Hope everyone is safe and well. Welcome to the sixth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season Ten. Today I will participate in a wonderful contest Bangladesh Community in Engagement Challenge. Today's contest topic is - "My Favorite Meat Recipe." Today I will share my favorite meat recipe. My favorite meat recipe is- "Beef Kala Bhuna."Check out my favorite meat recipe.,


A few words about Kala Bhuna

Beef Kala Buna is a popular meat item on Eid or other celebrations. Many may think that Kala Vuna means the meat is cooked by burning it - this is wrong. Beef kala bhuna is a recipe that blackens the meat by cooking it with various spices. But nowadays, Kala bhuna is a famous and popular meat dish in all regions of Bangladesh. Various spices are used in this dish. By cooking a combination of various spices, it turns black. And in this context, this recipe is named "Kala Bhuna." Kala bhuna is a special recipe, especially for Eid-ul-Azha celebrations.,


In the beginning, the ingredients used in making this kala bhuna and its quantity are given below:🥄

Ingredients:

Beef - 2 kg.
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder-1 tbsp.
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
Chopped onion - 2 cups.
Powdered - Chilli - ten, Long - five, Cardamom - 4, Bay leaves - four, Cinnamon.
Salt - as per taste.

Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Tomato sauce - one and a half cups.
ginger paste -2 tbsp.
garlic paste- 2 tbsp.
Crushed - victory – one, Jayatri - three.
Cumin powder - one teaspoon.
Oil - one cup.

Now let's see my cooking method...


Step-1

  • First of all, the main ingredient, beef, should be washed well. Then the water in the meat should be absorbed.

  • I will mix the mentioned meats with meat in a pot. Mix the spices well with the meat. Now cover the marinated meat for 20 minutes.

  • Now turn on the gas, put the marinated meat in a pan, and put it on the stove. It should be remembered that no water can be added to the meat first. Cover with a lid and cook. If you cook it for a while, the water will slowly come out from inside the meat, and you must drain it with that water. And care should be taken to stir the meat occasionally. Otherwise, the meat will stick to the bottom of the pan.

  • If the water that rises in the meat is drained, if it is found that the meat is not cooked, then add enough water to cook the meat as needed. keep the gas flame on medium flame and cook the meat. Stir the meat occasionally, and cook until the meat has thickened.

  • Now, when the meat broth becomes thick, that is, when the meat is fully cooked, the pan should be taken down from the stove.,

Now the work of boiling:

The ingredients and their quantity required for boiling the meat are:

chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
Crushed garlic -1 tbsp.
Ginger - 1 tbsp.
Dry chili - 6/7 t.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the mentioned boiling ingredients; add the cooked meat. After that, they should be shaken well so that the oil mixes with the meat.

Step-7

  • In this way, it should be left in the oven on low flame for a while and should be stirred so that it does not burn. Cook the meat in the oven for about 30 minutes. Slowly the meat will turn black, and all the spices will penetrate the meat.

Now fry some onions and fry them. I will sprinkle the onion slices on the meat, take it out of the oven, and serve it hot.

My favorite meat recipe, "Kaala Bhuna of beef," is cooked.

Beef Kala Vuna means delicious meat dishes cooked with compassion and care. Bones and fat are low, and the taste of the meat is a bit difficult to describe as the meat has a dark brown color on top, and the fibers inside are fully spiced.
Kala Bhuna is a tempting dish with a heavenly taste. This kala bhuna increases my love for beef. Kala Bhunai is the best, with oil-rich spices and minced soft meat. Kala Bhuna is tasty with any bread, white rice, or fresh chicken. And for those who oppose beef like me, this kala bhuna will be one of the tastiest meat dishes.
