Today I am here with a recipe post. Today I will show you the delicious Shahi Tukra recipe step by step. Sometimes I make this recipe during fasting. Because it is made in less time, with less Ingredients. It is nutritious as well as delicious to eat. Hope you all try this recipe.

Ingredients
✶ Bread 1 packet
✶ Cinnamon 2 piece
✶ Cardamom 1/2 piece
✶ Sugar 1/2 cup
✶ Custard powder 1/2 teaspoon
✶ Bay leaf 1 Piece
✶ Ghee 4 Tablespoon
✶ Milk 1 liter
Making process

Step 1

Take 1 liter of milk in a bowl and put it on a low flame. Stir occasionally with a spoon so that it does not burn. When the milk boils cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves should be added to it. 1 liter of milk should be boiled in this condition and thickened to 1/2 liter.

Step 2

When the milk becomes thick, it should be boiled with the above-mentioned amount of sugar. Boil the milk for some time and keep the pot off the stove.

Step 3

This time the breads should be taken out of the packet. Fry all the breads well on both sides with ghee in the pan. In this case, the pieces of bread should be fried lightly brown.

Step 4

Dip the fried bread pieces lightly in pre-boiled milk and place in a serving dish. But in this case, it cannot be immersed in milk for a long time. Because it becomes more soft, there is a possibility of breaking.

Step 5

When all the fried breads are soaked in milk, the remaining milk should be put back in the oven on low heat. Take the specified amount of custard powder in a container and mix it with a small amount of liquid milk. Then the mixed custard powder should be added little by little to the milk kept on the heat of the stove. Stir the milk well with a spoon until it thickens. When the consistency is as expected, switch off the stove and remove the pot.

Step 6

After that, the milk should be spread well on the bread and placed in the serving dish.Through this my Shahi pieces are completed.
