The diary game: Let us move forward with the goal of empowering people.

I would like to start my diary entry with an analogy. Imagine there is a poor man next to your house. And there is a river next to it. And there are fish in the river. You can fish but your neighbor is poor who cannot fish. What should you do now?

Surely you are thinking that you will catch the fish and give it to him. But I know a better way. That is you teach him fishing techniques. Because you can't constantly fish him out. But if you teach him the technique of fishing, he will be able to catch and eat fish for the rest of his life.

This is how we move forward with the goal of making people self-reliant. We believe that a person rich in self-power can never be poor.

And with the aim of making Bolian with this self-reliance, Village Development Teams have been organized in every union-based village of our district. Through which we can diagnose all the problems of every village and solve them immediately. Today's gathering is to take stock of every village in our union.

Today's coordination meeting begins with flag hoisting and Quran recitation. The union chairman delayed coming between us. We were waiting for him for a while. He arrived after 20 minutes. And then he apologized to us for his lateness. Although before that we had prepared our plans how we would present our problems to him.

Members of each village were also present in this event. And our district level village development team trainers.

Then after he came, one from all our team presented the problems of their village to the chairman. We all had presentations on what our team had achieved. And the challenges we faced while working.

We tried to present to them the work we have done in each of our villages. We have made maps of each of our villages. And we saw on that map. How many houses are poor. How many houses are unsanitary environment.

And how many homes have dropouts. We have tried to represent things by using different colors in the houses of our village map. So that we can solve all these problems of our village with the help of union chairman.

You are very impressed with our presentation. And He has promised us that in a very short time His helping hand will reach us.

We have arranged food and drink for everyone after completing our work. We all eat lunch together. We had beef, rice, dal and vegetables on the menu for lunch.

What I presented on this occasion. All of us were asked to present our village problems. The problems in each of our villages were almost the same. Such as unsanitary bathrooms, children's addiction to mobile phones, poverty etc. But I went beyond these. Talked about soil conservation.

I read about soil conservation in Isthmi. And most of the people in the village cultivate the agricultural land. and use large amounts of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Farmers are not aware that the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers destroys the fertility of the land.

I think that in this way we will be able to make all the people of the village, union, police station, district, division and even people of Bangladesh Boolean in self-reliance. And will be able to keep our country healthy.
