People prefer morning walks to afternoon walks because early walks provide their bodies a boost of energy, in addition to avoiding the afternoon heat

The highest temperature on record since Bangladesh's independence is 45.1 degrees on May 15, 1972 in Rajshahi.Apr 17, 2023Its very difficult for their people to live in this summar season. Mostly people moved to other cities to overcome this problem.
I can't go outdoors because of the brightness, yet being inside is making me feel much worse. I had a fever and a splitting headache as soon as I left the house this morning to take my mother to the doctor. Then I reflected on the challenges that street vendors face throughout the warm months. The refreshing water helped me relax. I understand the difficulty of providing drinking water for animals and birds during the hot months.
