Teamwork is necessary it tends to reduce load on all individuals. One obstrackle include lack of interest in work of some members. Here for example In my final semester we are doing research one girl in our team don't take her part of work seriously and rest members will do her part in project. Instead of reducing the stress we tend to take her work load also. If I say it increases load sometimes won't be wrong. She will be getting points of our efforts which is good for her ofcourse we don't mind at all.
