Three days ago I made an announcement to organize a meeting in the community here is the link. Yesterday Saturday night 9 PM we all attended that meeting. It was a wonderful time for us. About 26 of us users gathered in an online meeting where we discussed some important things from the admin panel and took some suggestions from the users to move the STEEMIT forward.
That's why I thank everyone who attended the online meeting. Also, to those who could not attend, you must read this post carefully, then you will know everything that happened in our last night onine meeting.
A total of 26 users attended our Steemgrowth online meeting in Bangladesh.

We will talk about Steem For Bangladesh community progress.
We will discuss important issues regarding the quality of users' posts and comments.
Engagement Challenge Season 9 is running. We'll try to give them some guidance on that.
Give some guidance to users to hold any one of the clubs (5050, 75, 100).
Encourage everyone to support #burnsteem25 project.
We will talk about the increased Steem power.
We will talk about fake accounts which is currently a very hot topic on our Steemit platform. Besides, we will let everyone know how difficult a role we are playing in this matter.
We will discuss some key points to increase engagement in the community.

I speak at the beginning of the meeting. I discuss some important issues with all users. I encourage everyone to be active in the community and continually increase engagement. Also engagement challenge season 9 is going on now so I asked everyone to participate there spontaneously following all the rules. Also encouraged every user to participate in #burnsteem25 and club (5050,75,100) projects. Then I warned everyone not to do any kind of plagiarism and I told them not to share the same picture repeatedly.
Then another admin of our community @ripon0630 told everyone about the important thing. He encouraged everyone to follow all the rules.
Then our community moderators @mostofajaman, @solaymann, @enamul17, @mdkamran99 all provided various guidelines for each user to post and encouraged everyone to post beautifully and increase engagement.
Answer & Question part:
Many users asked various questions in the question and answer session. Currently, we have warned everyone about this because many users post with artificial intelligence, then many people said that when they create something with their own creativity and write something themselves, sometimes various websites silet their posts as AI content, which is not right for them. Then we assured them about that and we told them that if you all are sure that you have created your own post without any kind of plagiarism involved then there is no problem.
After that, many people asked different types of questions, what type of post should be made, which type of tag should be used in which post, newbies asked such questions. And that's how we end our Q&A session.

Finally, I moved to the quiz phase. There I ask three questions each addressed to the user. As three of them could answer three questions correctly, I selected three and awarded them now.

গতকালকের হ্যাংআউটের সময়টা খুব ভালো ছিলো। মোটামুটি অনেক বিষয়ে জানতে পেরেছি। আসলে এমন মিটিংয়ে উপস্থিত থাকলেই লাভ। দুএকজন প্রশ্ন উত্তর করলেই আমাদের অজানা বিষয়ে জানা যায়।
