Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. Like every other day I am here with another new papercraft post and today I am here with you making a cute bookmark out of colored paper which is really functional. After completing the holy Jumma prayer this afternoon, I am presenting this bookmark made of colored paper to you.

Essential tools for making bookmarks

• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Red marker.
• Black marker.
• Yellow colour paper.

Steps to create a bookmark

Step 1,

First, take an A4 size yellow color paper and cut the paper squarely with scissors to the size of 16:16 cm with a ruler.

Step 2,

Fold the square yellow paper four times from the sides to the center of the paper and fold the square paper in two steps by placing four fingers between the four folds.

Step 3,

Fold the upper part of the yellow paper in half in two steps.

Step 4,

Now in the two steps above the square yellow paper, fold two pieces of paper lengthwise from both sides of the paper.

Step 5,

In this step, fold the two sides of the folded paper on both sides of the top of the square paper.

Step 6,

Finally, in front of the yellow paper bookmark made in this step, draw the eyes, mouth and tongue of the bookmark with red and black markers to make the bookmark look more cute and thus I finish the bookmark making step easily.

If you need a break from reading a book or doing something else, you have to stop reading a book. But bookmarks are a very popular thing for book lovers to quickly find out where they were reading later. Beautiful and attractive bookmarks enhance functionality as well as beauty. So today I have created this wonderful bookmark to present my creativity and I hope you will like my bookmark.
